The ease in this meal is the throwing-it-all-together. There is quite a bit of chopping, but I KNOW you want to chop up veggies for the week anyway, so you might as well throw some of them in with the chicken and have yourself a meal. To make this SCD friendly, replace the maple syrup with honey and the sweet potato with butternut squash and you are good to go. Delish!

I love breakfast for dinner. This is so simple and easy and you can alter the ingredients to suit your tastes. To make SCD legal, check your labels on the almond butter (no added sugar), use unsweetened coconut and skip the vanilla bean powder. Enjoy!

I love the almond crust on this recipe. It adds just enough extra flavor with the garlic and the light texture with the almond flour. Super easy to make and impressive enough for company.
