Last week I shared some great recipes for snacking on the SCD. Today, I’m sharing some yummy recipes for breakfast. I think it’s easy to fall into the eggs-for-breakfast pattern, but if you’re like me and can’t handle eggs then maybe you feel left out. Personally, I’ve gotten into a breakfast rut, eating homemade sausage and vegetables for breakfast nearly every day. It’s easy and I don’t have much brain power rockin’ around at 7:00 in the morning. Does anyone? (small children excluded).
Are you looking for some recipes you can make ahead of time? How about something you can take with you? Or maybe something for a weekend morning? Well friends, I think I managed to find a little something for everyone. I hope you’re able to find a new breakfast to switch up your morning routine. Enjoy!
